Looking for a special trip home from the airport? Test drive a Lexus back to your place after your flight

MONTREAL, QC., (May 6, 2014) – Travellers departing from Montréal-Trudeau airport on a domestic flight over the next 10 weeks will want to stop by the Lexus lounge.

 

In what may be a first for the industry, they’ll be able to arrange a special “Made to Measure” test drive for their commute home. It means instead of having to hail a cab, they’ll have a sleek new Lexus waiting for them, courtesy of the Montreal-area Lexus dealers who came up with the idea.

 

“At Lexus, we’re focused on creating unique experiences,” said Cyril Dimitris, Director, Lexus Canada. “This airport initiative is an example of how Lexus dealers in Montreal know how to embrace fresh and bold thinking to set themselves apart in that market.” 

 

From April 28 until July 5, Montreal travelers can make arrangements for this unique test drive experience, which will demonstrate the superior performance of Lexus vehicles in the real world.

 

In setting up their test drive at the Lexus lounge prior to departure, guests will choose from a variety of Lexus vehicles, including the CT 200h, ES 300h, IS, and RX.  When their return flight arrives, participants will be personally greeted by a Lexus representative. They will then be brought to their chosen vehicle in the arrivals parking area, where a co-driver will be waiting.

 

The Lexus lounge is located at Gate 4 of the domestic terminal at the Montreal-Trudeau airport.
