2014 Dragon Ball Raffle Grand Prize Winner Awarded with Lexus Luxury

TORONTO, ON., (February 25, 2014) – Building on its relationship with the Greater Toronto area, Lexus dealers and the 25th annual Dragon Ball presented a 2014 Lexus IS250 RWD as the Raffle Grand Prize to its winner yesterday.

The new Lexus IS250 RWD, a luxurious sports sedan valued at more than $44,500 including taxes, was awarded to winner Francisco Lacuata, who purchased the winning raffle ticket from over 10,000 that were sold.

Joining Mr. Lacuata in the presentation ceremony was Mr. Sid Ikeda, member of Yee Hong Foundation Board of Directors, who has been a champion for driving raffle sales for the gala. “The Grand Raffle is a very special and important initiative, as it draws on community-wide support and participation in the quintessential fundraising event.”

Cyril Dimitris, Director of Lexus Canada, says, “Lexus Canada and eight GTA Lexus Dealerships are proud to contribute to the overall care which benefits Yee Hong residents. We are pleased to be giving the dynamic and stylish Lexus IS250 RWD, which offers bold styling and a host of standard features, remarkable performance, comfort and technology to the grand prize winner of this year’s Dragon Ball Raffle.”

About Yee Hong

Yee Hong is Ontario’s largest non-profit long-term care provider. We serve 15,000 seniors and their families across the GTA each year. Our waiting list is Ontario’s longest with over 3,000 people in line with a current wait of nine years. Our fundamental belief is that all seniors should have access to the quality of care they deserve, the quality they have earned. That quality includes cultural and spiritual aspects alongside the physical. Currently many of our community based programs, especially for those who are on our various waiting lists, are unfunded and require Yee Hong’s own resources.
