Lexus Financial Services
Lexus Financial Services is working hard to support their guests through these exceptional circumstances. Guests can request payment relief by calling the Lexus Financial Services customer service department at 1-800-26-LEXUS. Accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
For Lexus Financial Services guests with leases coming due, the company is also being flexible in granting lease end extensions. To request a lease extension, guests should contact their dealer first.
Guests requiring other account information can log into the Lexus Financial Services Customer Portal (portal.lexusfinancial.ca) where they can easily request changes to their account from the comfort and convenience of their own home. The process is quick and available 24/7.
