TORONTO, ON – November 27, 2019 – Take a journey into bold, powerful luxury with the Lexus GS 350. This high-performance grand touring sedan combines striking good looks, advanced features, premium materials and uncompromising safety and comfort.
A grand touring sedan starts with performance – and the 2020 GS 350 provides plenty of it, with a 311 Horsepower 3.5L V6 coupled to a six-speed transmission enhanced with sequential shift mode and steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters. All-weather confidence is enhanced with the Lexus AWD system, which normally delivers 70 percent of power to the rear wheels for a classic driving experience – then seamlessly redistributes power 50/50 front and rear when slippage occurs.
Curbside, all 2020 GS models express precision and power. Sculpted lines draw attention to the wide stance and low centre of gravity. A bold grille is bracketed by LED low beam, plus LED L-Shaped arrowhead daytime running lights. L-shaped LED tail lamps enhance an eye-catching rear design that also features the convenience of a power-assisted trunk closer.
Inside, a long list of technology amenities is highlighted by a 12.3” display screen for the audio system, Lexus Enform Audio with navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control with S-Flow, which channels airflow only to the front seats when there are no rear seat passengers.
As a Lexus, the 2020 GS 350 also offers drivers and passengers peace of mind through a comprehensive safety package – starting with Lexus Safety System +. This bundle of active safety technologies (pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert with lane keep assist, dynamic radar cruise control, and automatic high beam system) supports the driver’s awareness. Other standard safety features include the Lexus Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lexus Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management, a backup camera, 10 airbags, and intelligent clearance sonar.
The GS 350 is offered in a range of models and trim levels, as follows:
The 2020 Lexus GS 350 Premium Package (starting MSRP: $64,150) is impressively equipped, with features including a 12-speaker audio system, leather seating, 10-way power adjustable, heated and ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, a driver’s seat memory system, a navigation system, clearance and backup sensors, LED headlamps, 18” alloy wheels and a power assisted trunk closer.
The 2020 Lexus GS 350 F SPORT Series 2 (starting MSRP: $70,300) enhances performance with Adaptive Variable Suspension, head up display, and Sport S+ mode for the Drive Mode Select system, which tightens the suspension and increases the steering response to create sharper acceleration and more precise control. A 16-way power adjustable driver’s seat and a 17-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Audio system combine to deliver high-performance comfort and sound. This GS is then finished in powerful styling details, with numerous F SPORT features – including 19” alloy wheels, a full body appearance package, leather seats, three-spoke steering wheel and aluminum sport pedals.
The 2020 Lexus GS 350 Executive Package (starting MSRP: $70,950) brings exquisite comfort and luxury to the grand touring sedan, with many upgraded features – including premium LED headlamps, 19” alloy wheels, front and rear Adaptive Variable Suspension systems, a 17-speaker Mark Levinson Premium Audio system, 18-way power adjustable front seats, driver and front passenger seat memory systems, heated rear seats, the Lexus Climate Concierge system with rear seat climate controls, premium leather seat cladding with front seat butterfly headrests, and a wood grain and leather-wrapped steering wheel.
