TORONTO, ONTARIO – NOVEMBER 23rd, 2023 – Canadian drivers passionate about performance need look no further than the Lexus RC series luxury sport coupes. Whether it’s the all-weather performance of the all-wheel-drive RC 300 AWD, the boosted power of the RC 350 AWD, or the track-dominating RC F, there’s an RC for every Guest who seeks thrilling journeys behind the wheel.

As a luxury sport coupe, the RC Series is all about performance. Lexus offers two all-wheel-drive RC powertrains as follows: 

• RC 300 AWD models feature a 3.5L direct injection V6 that delivers 260 peak horsepower and up to 236 lb-ft of torque. 
• The RC 350 AWD is built around an aggressively-tuned 3.5L dual injection V6 fitted with a sound amplifying resonator. This engine generates 311 peak horsepower and up to 280 lb-ft of torque. 

Both of these engines are paired with a six-speed automatic. When operated in manual mode, full torque converter lockup from 2nd to 6th gears enables down shifts in just 0.2 seconds. In addition, every RC model features a Drive Mode Select system with Sport, Normal, and ECO settings to adjust the powertrain’s performance to match the driver’s mood. 

For heart-racing performance, the RC F features a naturally-aspirated 5.0L V8 capable of 472 peak horsepower and up to 395 lb-ft of torque. This is paired with a precisely-tuned eight-speed Sport Direct Shift transmission that offers manual control through steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters. A four-setting Drive Mode Select system includes Sport+ mode, while Launch Control helps ensure drivers squeeze the most out of every standing start by minimizing wheel spin and maximizing acceleration. 

The 2024 Lexus RC proudly displays its sporty credentials with an aggressively crafted exterior featuring sharp front bumper and character lines that emphasize its low proportions and planted stance. Precision-machined 19” wheels add to its muscular image, with each model sporting grade-specific rims. The prominent signature Lexus Spindle Grille gives way to the more aggressive Mesh design on F SPORT grades. All models feature LED headlamps with integrated L-motif daytime running lights and taillights. RC F models are further defined by the addition of an active rear wing that deploys to keep the vehicle firmly planted at higher speeds. 

Inside, the RC series welcomes up to four adults to a cabin designed with performance driving in mind. Front row seats are power adjustable, heated, and crafted to support driver and navigator during spirited manoeuvres. All models are enhanced with sporty touches and intelligent amenities throughout the cabin, while the driver-focussed cockpit makes it easy to see all instrumentation and puts controls within intuitive reach. RC F models feature deeply bolstered front-row seats with embossed “F” on the headrests. 

Every 2024 RC features advanced yet intuitive technology features, headlined by display audio systems with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Every model also features the Lexus Enform bundle of connectivity services – including Remote Connect, Service Connect, and Safety Connect. 

As a Lexus, every RC and RC F is impressively equipped with state-of-the-art safety features. All models are fitted with Lexus Safety System + 2.5 – a portfolio of Lexus active safety technologies that supports the driver’s awareness and decision-making under a range of traffic conditions and contingencies. Other standard safety systems include the Blind Spot Monitor System with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, the Lexus Star Safety System, eight airbags, and a tire pressure monitoring system. 

Lexus offers Canadian Guests a choice of three RC grades, organized around two powertrains, as follows: 

The 2024 Lexus RC 300 AWD Premium welcomes Guests to the Lexus luxury sport coupe experience. This model features a 10-speaker Lexus Display Audio system with an 8” touch screen and SIRI Eyes Free, 19” alloy wheels, power moon roof, heated and ventilated front seats, NuLuxe upholstery, a driver’s seat memory system, a heated steering wheel on a power adjustable steering column, dual zone automatic climate control, LED headlamps, reverse auto-tilting and heated exterior mirrors, electronic parking brake, and backup camera with Back Guide Monitor. New this year, this model now comes equipped with headlamp washers. This model is available in seven exterior/interior colour combinations: Eminent Pearl White, Atomic Silver, and Caviar are offered with a choice of Black or Rioja Red cabins, while Infrared is available with a Black cabin. 

The 2024 Lexus RC 300 AWD F SPORT 2 upgrades the Premium configuration while introducing the more aggressive styling and performance of the Lexus F SPORT line – including 19” F SPORT alloy wheels and a full exterior and interior F SPORT Design Package. Other upgrades include the Adaptive Variable Suspension system, triple LED headlamps, a gauge cluster inspired by the Lexus LFA Super Car, Lexus Navigation plus a 10.3” touch screen display, and an additional Sport+ mode on the Drive Mode Select system. New this year, this configuration now includes Intuitive Parking Assist. This model is available in 11 exterior/interior colour combinations: Atomic Silver, Cloudburst Grey, Ultra White, and Caviar are offered with a choice of Black or Circuit Red cabins, while Infrared, Flare Yellow, and Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 are available with a Black cabin. 

The 2024 Lexus RC 350 AWD F SPORT 3 boost horsepower and torque, then builds on the F SPORT 2 configuration by adding a 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system with integrated Sirius XM Satellite Radio plus – new this year – dark metallic 19” Enkei wheels. This model is available in 19 exterior/interior colour combinations – including, new this year, Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 or Incognito with a White cabin. Other colour combinations include Atomic Silver, Cloudburst Grey, Infrared, Flare Yellow, Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0, Ultra White, Incognito, and Caviar with a Black cabin; Atomic Silver, Cloudburst Grey, Ultra White, Incognito, and Caviar with Circuit Red cabin; and Cloudburst Grey, Infrared, Ultra White, and Caviar with a White cabin. 

Lexus also offers the high-performance RC F in a pair of trims: 

The 2024 Lexus RC F features 19” dark metallic alloy wheels, Active Rear Wing, SACHS shock absorbers, BREMBO front and rear brakes, triple LED headlights, a moon roof, and power folding and heated exterior memory mirrors. Inside, the RC F features a 10-speaker Lexus Display Audio system with Lexus Navigation and a 10.3” touch screen, heated and ventilated front seats, leather upholstery, and a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel. Other features include a backup camera, and – new for this year – a power adjustable steering column and Intuitive Parking Assist. This model is available in nine exterior/interior colour combinations – including, new this year, Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 with a Circuit Red cabin. Other combinations include Ultra White, Cloudburst Grey, Caviar, Infrared, and Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 with a Black cabin, and Ultra White, Cloudburst Grey, and Caviar with a Circuit Red cabin. 

The 2024 Lexus RC F Performance Package builds on this, adding unique polished 19” alloy wheels, a carbon fibre roof and carbon fibre Active Rear Wing to reduce weight, and a 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system. This model does not include a moon roof. This model is available in 16 exterior/interior colour combinations – including, new this year, Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 with a Circuit Red cabin. Other combinations include Ultra White, Cloudburst Grey, Caviar, Infrared, Flare Yellow, and Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0 with either a Black or White cabin, and Ultra White, Cloudburst Grey, and Caviar with a Circuit Red cabin.
