TORONTO, NOVEMBER 7, 2025 – Go beyond extraordinary, with the Lexus LX series – the flagship luxury SUV that knows no limits. Available in a choice of conventional gas or advanced hybrid-electric powertrains and seven distinctive configurations – including the LX 700h Luxury grade that’s new for this year – the LX combines exquisite luxury with true off-road capability.
“When it was introduced 30 years ago, the LX defined the qualities that make Lexus a distinctive luxury brand that Canadian Guests return to, again and again,” said Martin Gilbert, Director of Lexus Canada. “The 2026 LX continues that tradition, offering Guests a perfect blend of performance, comfort, quality, and luxury in a full-size SUV that commands attention.”
Every LX commands attention with a body design that seamlessly blends superior function with stunning good looks. Curbside, the LX projects a powerful presence from every angle – from its prominent grille flanked by triple beam LED headlamps to its full-width blade tail lamps. Inside, the LX cabin expresses the Lexus Tazuna Concept – elevating the joy of driving with a more intuitive connection between driver and vehicle. The blend of luxury and advanced technology is evident throughout.
Under the hood, the LX offers Guests a choice of two sophisticated powertrains:
• The LX 600 is built around a 3.4L V6 twin-turbo gasoline engine and 10-speed direct shift automatic transmission five five-mode drive mode select system and paddle shifters. This powertrain produces 409 peak horsepower and up to 479 lb-ft of torque. Maximum torque is available in a wide range, up to 3,600 rpm, making it easier to handle on the open road or off the trail.
• The LX 700h demonstrates the Lexus leadership in electrification, with four models built around powerful and proven hybrid-electric technology featuring a twin-turbo 3.4L V6 paired with a 10-speed direct shift automatic transmission. This combination generates a commanding 457 system horsepower plus 583 lb-ft of torque. Twin turbochargers deliver steady and constant acceleration to easily control power delivery in both on- and off-road scenarios. Meantime, motor-driven power in the low range enables confident driving in scenarios requiring precise throttle control – such as rocky paths, dirt roads, and deep snow. The result is exceptional performance and ease of handling, regardless of what’s under the wheels.
Every 2025 LX is impressively equipped with advanced yet intuitive technology features, headlined by the Lexus Interface – including Remote Connect, Service Connect, Safety Connect, and Drive Connect services. This Apple CarPlay and Android Auto-compatible multimedia and connectivity system features a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth connectivity, and Sirius XM Satellite compatibility. The Lexus Interface incorporates a natural language virtual assistant that enables a voice-first approach to navigation, media, communication, and other vehicle features. In addition, all Lexus Interface connected services may be controlled from a smart phone equipped with the Lexus App.
As a Lexus, every LX is impressively equipped with state-of-the-art safety features. All models are fitted with Lexus Safety System +3.0 – a portfolio of Lexus active safety technologies that supports the driver’s awareness and decision-making under a range of traffic conditions and contingencies. Other standard safety systems include the Blind Spot Monitor System with Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Rear Cross Traffic Brake, Intuitive Parking Assist with Auto Braking, Traffic Jam Assist, Front Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Change Assist, the Lexus Star Safety System, multi-terrain ABS, trailer sway control system, and 10 airbags.
